Why must one have a title anyway?

Hello friends!  Whewie!  Is it evermore windy here in NC today.  I went outside to take a few pictures and it felt like the hair was going to blow right off of my pointy head. 

 This little guy looked like he was hanging on for dear life.  I just love how he is all hunkered down on the fence.

I did a little finishing this morning.  Here is the 4th Lizzie Kate Halloween Rules ornament.  I was supposed to have all 12 of them finished by now.  You know what they say about the best laid plans doncha?  This will be the last one for this year as I am pretty much in full on Christmas stitching mode now.  I'll start back on them in January and hopefully finish them all in 2013.  (I heard you laughing!)

I finished the Plum Street Samplers piece into a simple pillow.  I auditioned several trims but in the end just decided to add a button to each corner and call it done.  This will be a nice addition to my Thanksgiving mantle display.
